Job descriptions
Respond to customer inquiries via whatsapp, email, and phone calls.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Provide fast responses to last-minute guest inquiries, often between 6-10 pm.
Communicate with vendors or car owners to check the availability of vehicles.
Work flexible office hours as needed.
Proficiency in english is a must.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Have a good understanding of the automotive industry.
Possess strong negotiation and sales skills.
Willing to visit the field to understand the business operations if required.
Accurately record the number of closed deals and potential customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Prior experience in car rental services in bali is preferred.
Knowledge of social media management.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate with agents to facilitate bookings and inquiries.
