Job description
Respond to customer inquiries via whatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Provide fast responses to last-minute guest inquiries
Communicate with vendors or car owners to check the availability of vehicles.
Work flexible office hours as needed.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Create database of customer BaliPremium Trip
Willing to visit the field to understand the business operations if required.
Accurately record the number of closed deals and potential customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications
Male max. 27 years old.
Have experience as customer service, reservation agent or guest relation officer.
Have experience in hospitality or tourism industry within 2 years.
Good communication in english.
Able to work with flexible hours.
Knowledge of social media management.
Domicile in Bali and able to join immediately.
