Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Female with 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field.
• experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills are crucial for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations to improve financial reporting flow.
• Attention to details.
• Able to deliver a clear information and have an effective communication skill are essential.

Job descriptions

• Assist to manage the team member in order to prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes and implement controls to minimize revenue leakage and ensure accuracy in revenue reporting.
• Prepare an analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness over time.
• Responsible for leading a team of accounting and finance sections. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sub-ordinate (staff members).
