HHRMA Sanur - Puri Santrian Beach Resort & Spa, a serene sanctuary nestled along the pristine coastline of Sanur, Bali.

We are seeking for:

1. Bellboy

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma (D1) in Hotel & Tourism Management
• Preferably Male with great character, pleasant personality, well-groomed
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry luggage
• Minimum 2 years experience as Bellboy position from 4 or 5 star resorts
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate fluent English
• Knowledge of local attractions and services

Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests at the main entrance, and greeting them appropriately as per the time
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
• Assist the guest to deliver all luggage
• Store the guest's luggage in the luggage room and respond to their requests
• Appropriately dressed when on duty and to have discipline at all times

2. Houseman

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma Certificate in Housekeeping
• At least 1-2 year of housekeeping experience from 4 or 5 star resort
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipments
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 kg or more
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, well-groomed
• Ability to communicate English

Duties and responsibilities:

• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture
• Washes windows, door panels
• Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Washes walls, ceilings and woodwork
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Works independently as part of a team
• Appropriately dressed when on duty and to have discipline at all times

3. Gardener

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma Certificate
• At least 1-2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
• Physically fit to operate garden machinery and all types of powered hand tools
• Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipments
• Ability to handle a range of horticultural machinery and powered hand tools

Duties and responsibilities:

• Plant, water and maintain flowers scrub and trees
• Cleaning up gardens regularly
• Following safety guidelines for applying chemicals and using equipment
• Identifying and treating disease, pest infestations and other issues with garden plants
• Maintain and grow the garden to insure it meets specific requirements and assist with out-door event set up and decoration

4. Waiter

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma Certificate in Food & Beverage Service
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, well-groomed
• Proven work experience as Waiter from 4 or 5 star resorts
• Ability to work well with others and desire to help people
• Active listening skills and pay attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate fluent English

Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen
• Memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to up-sell appetizers, desserts or drinks
• Serving food and beverages and ensuring order accuracy
• Processing payment
• Handling complaints and resolving issues
• Appropriately dressed when on duty and to have discipline at all times

5. Spa therapist

Requirements and qualifications:

• Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, well-groomed
• Proven work experience as Spa therapist from 4 or 5 star resorts
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate fluent English

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure in a safe and comfortable manner
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Resolve guest complaints and report any accidents to the supervisor or manager
• Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instrument and equipment before each of use
• Ensure that spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and report shortages to the supervisor or manager
• Appropriately dressed when on duty and to have discipline at all times
