Bartender/barista

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or have experience working as a bartender/barista in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in preparing a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages.
• Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including proper serving techniques and garnishes.
• Coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday.
