1. Head chef full time

Qualifications:

• Able to join immediately
• Must be Bali-based
• Minimum 2-3 year in similar position
• Solid background in 5-star hotel or restaurant Strong leadership & able to train staff
• Relevant experience and skill to the position applied
• Has good knowledge of the food & beverage industry
• Fluent English & Communicative
• Able to perform under high pressure in busy situation
• Great personality, fun, energetic and outgoing personality

2. Host/hostess

Qualifications:

• Able to join immediately
• 1-3 years of experience working as a host/shotess in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Experience in managing reservations
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

3. Waiter/waitress full time

Qualifications:

• Able to join immediately
• Minimum 3 years experience at 5 star venues (bars, restaurants, hotel)
• High Level English skills is a must
• Positive, engaging personality, open minded, outgoing personality
• Eye for detail and understanding of fine service standards
• Able to communicate with guests, provides good solutions to customer issues
• Able to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
• Willing to work for long hours.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods.
