Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.
- A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team of butlers.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve guest issues with efficiency and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and ensure their needs are anticipated and met with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide personalized services such as unpacking/packing, scheduling appointments, or arranging transportation.
- Oversee the daily operations of the estate or hotel suite, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Maintain inventories of silverware, linen, wine cellar, and luxury items.
- Act as a key point of contact between the principal/employer and other staff, vendors, or guests.
