Qualifications
- Background in marketing, communications, design, or hospitality preferred.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar coordination or marketing assistant role.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset-able to work independently but collaboratively.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a strong plus.
- Familiarity with social media & digital content and basic photography/videography is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act s the direct link between the onsite team and the head office marketing team.
- Compile, assess, and proactively identify marketing needs or opportunities at the resort.
- Maintain simple tracking system for marketing assets, collaterals, and requests.
- Monitor competitor activities and guest feedback onsite to suggest improvements.
- Brief the design/content team accordingly or execute directly if possible.
