Qualifications
- Bali based.
- Fluent in bahasa and english.
- Previous fashion retail experience would be ideal.
- Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a HR / general manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to details.

- Improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- HR administration tasks.
- Staff training to meet the brand's expectations.
- Oversee and manage operations.
- Develop financial plans and reports.
- Lead and support a diverse team.
- Handling legalities,
- Sales analysis, set sales driven tasks and leading the team.
