Tavolo Group is looking for:

1. Hostess

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality related role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) or similar role, with a track record of effectively managing guest inqui- ries, feedback, and requests.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills Proficiency in English is required,with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple guest interactions simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
• Strong Knowledge of food and beverage products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and its guests.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest reservations, seating arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
