Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience specializing in thai cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of thai culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Proven ability to create authentic and innovative thai dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing kitchen staff.
- Ability to train and mentor junior cooks effectively.
- Excellent team work and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in english is required, knowledge of thai language is a plus.
- Ability to develop new menu items and adapt recipes to suit customer preferences.
- Passion for thai cuisine and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
