We seek qualified, dynamic talent for the following positions:
- Restaurant & bar manager (RBM)
- FO supervisor
- GRO Mandarin speaker
- Cook staff
- Engineer (DW)
- Spa therapist (DW)
General qualification:
- Minimum diploma I in Hospitality.
- Leadership skills for RBM & FO supervisor.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, outgoing, and Driving License A required (for RBM & FO supervisor).
- Minimum 2 years experience in 4/5 star hotels.
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, excellent negotiation skills, and hardworking.
- Knowledge of Italian and Asian cuisine (for Cook staff contract).
- Familiarity with VHP System (RBM, GRO Mandarin & FO supervisor).
- Business awareness, target-oriented, and able to manage F&B costs (RBM).
- Available to start immediately.
