Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest relations/sales & marketing or a similar customer service role, reservation, able to work with VHP system.
- Proficiency in english communication.
- Customer-focused and friendly
- Local knowledge an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to drive buggy car.
Job descriptions
- Assisting the manager all around.
- Assisting the guest relation officer (GRO).
- Checking the rooms.
- Reservation and guest correspondent.
- Quality control (services, guest satisfaction, cleanliness).
