Qualifications
Proven experience in guest relations/sales & marketing or a similar customer service role, reservation, able to work with VHP system.
Proficiency in english communication.
Customer-focused and friendly
Local knowledge an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to drive buggy car.
