Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in high-end or fast-paced venues.
Strong knowledge of cash handling, pos systems, and payment processing.
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Exceptional communication skills in both bahasa indonesia and english (written and spoken).
Highly motivated, well-presented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Flexible in terms of working hours and days.
Key responsibilities
Manage all onboard transactions, including cash, card payments, and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Operate the pos system, ensuring smooth and timely billing for all services provided.
Handle financial reports, track sales, and assist in inventory management related to onboard sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with any payment-related queries, and maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude.
Assist in upselling premium packages and services during guest interactions.
Ensure that all cash-handling procedures and financial transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring a smooth and professional environment.
Support the team with any other administrative tasks related to the onboard operations.
