Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
Must have experience in high-end, fast-paced venue(s).
Be attentive and possess exceptional levels of customer service and be detail oriented.
Well presentable and highly motivated.
Highly flexible in relation to working day(s) / hour(s).
Fluent in bahasa indonesia and english both speaking and writing.
Work well in a team.
Key responsibilities
Looking after all guest services, and ensure all customers receive the best standards of service possible and all the exist s.o.s. and s.o.p.s are implemented.
Be attentive and deliver detail-oriented service during operations to all guests.
Completing opening and closing checklist before and after service.
Manage client relationships, including responding to problems that arise during service.
Uphold company standards and provide elite, unmatched levels of service.
Be responsible for the pos system utilised onboard and all cash and e.d.c. Payments.
Upsell packages such as the vip lounge, cocktails, wine packages, and encouraging non incentivised return guests.
Oversee the boat ambience and cleanliness ensure the whole vessel always remains presentable and looks perfect during service.
Assisting in the daily / monthly equipment inventory and ordering.
