Waiter/waitress

Shivanna is a luxury yacht based in Bali, offering private charters for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties. We are seeking to a hire a vibrant, organised, and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our team. Your day-to-day responsibilities are looking after the customers on board and ensure all customers are receive the best service possible and have an amazing time during their cruise at Shivanna, including upselling and oversee the whole boat ambience and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
• Must have experience in high-end, fast-paced venue(s).
• Be attentive and possess exceptional levels of customer service and be detail oriented.
• Well presentable and highly motivated.
• Highly flexible in relation to working day(s) / hour(s).
• Fluent in bahasa indonesia and english both speaking and writing.
• Work well in a team.

Key responsibilities

• Looking after all guest services, and ensure all customers receive the best standards of service possible and all the exist S.O.S. and S.O.P.s are implemented.
• Be attentive and deliver detail-oriented service during operations to all guests.
• Completing opening and closing checklist before and after service.
• Manage client relationships, including responding to problems that arise during service.
• Uphold company standards and provide elite, unmatched levels of service.
• Be responsible for the POS system utilised onboard and all cash and E.D.C. payments.
• Upsell packages such as the VIP lounge, cocktails, wine packages, and encouraging non incentivised return guests.
• Oversee the boat ambience and cleanliness ensure the whole vessel always remains presentable and looks perfect during service.
• Assisting in the daily / monthly equipment inventory and ordering.
• Oversee the whole boat ambience and cleanliness during service.

Contract inclusions

• Competitive basic starting salary IDR 4,000,000 (four) p.c.m.
• Service fees share of all onboard BWS sales including upselling, plus tips.
• Basic meals provided during service.
• Annual holiday of 14 days per annum.
• BPJS both kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan.
