- Experience in villa management (minimum 4 years).

- Strong f&b competency.
- Strong housekeeping competency.
- Ability to host small events.
- Attention to detail in product and service delivery.

- Have good communication skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, well groomed & able to work individually or with a team.
- Fast learner.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Able to drive and have a license.
