- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Able to work in team or individu.
- Able to join immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains records of guest arrivals and departures.
- Informs other relevant departments on guest arrivals, room changes, check-outs and special arrangements.
- Ensure all guests settle their accounts by the proper form of payment before leaving the hotel.
- Record in the logbook any unusual happenings and important matters that requires follow-up.
- To handle cash received from hotel guests who are paying their hotel bills.
