Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Accounting Admin, Finance Admin, atau posisi sejenis.
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang hospitality (Cafe/Resto/Bistro).
• Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel.
• Memahami dasar-dasar pembukuan, petty cash, rekonsiliasi bank, dan administrasi keuangan.
• Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan administrasi yang baik.
• Bersedia membantu administrasi operasional sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Job overview

• Mengelola administrasi dan pencatatan transaksi keuangan harian.
• Mengelola petty cash dan melakukan rekonsiliasi bank.
• Membuat laporan keuangan dan laporan operasional secara berkala.
• Mengelola administrasi pembayaran vendor serta pengarsipan dokumen.
• Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi operasional bistro.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in hospitality/hotel/F&B.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT), BPJS, and regulatory compliance.
• Experienced in preparing monthly & annual financial statements accurately and on time.
• Familiar with VHP Property Management System (PMS).
• Experience in pre-opening projects is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant, Accounting Staff, or in a similar position; experience in Receiving is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experienced in receiving procedures, invoice verification, and inventory documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with VHP System is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
