Kualifikasi

• Minimal SMA/SMK Teknik (lulusan D3/S1 Teknik lebih diutamakan).
• Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Engineering hotel/resort (fresh graduate yang kompeten dipersilakan melamar).
• Menguasai dasar-dasar Electrical, Mechanical, dan Plumbing.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
• Siap bekerja shift dan on-call jika diperlukan.
• Memiliki sikap kerja yang rapi, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
• Berdomisili di Ubud atau bersedia tinggal di sekitar Ubud menjadi nilai plus.

Tanggung jawab

• Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan rutin fasilitas resort (AC, listrik, plumbing, mekanikal, kolam renang, dll).
• Melakukan preventive maintenance sesuai jadwal.
• Menangani laporan kerusakan dari seluruh departemen dengan cepat dan tepat.
• Memastikan seluruh sistem utilitas (air, listrik, genset) berfungsi optimal.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja Engineering.
• Melaporkan kondisi aset dan kebutuhan spare part kepada atasan.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Minimum diploma, bachelor degree or background in related fields.
• Good communication skill & positif attitude.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.

• Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and perform preventive maintenance and basic MEP troubleshooting for guest rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Facility Checks & Minor Repairs: Conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on room and public area facilities (AC, plumbing, lighting, lifts, pumps, electrical, appliances) without disturbing guest comfort.
• Reporting & Coordination: Record and report serious damages via hotel systems and coordinate with supervisors/PM teams for follow-up actions.
• Professionalism & Safety: Maintain professional appearance, communicate courteously with guests and staff, and adhere to safety (K3) standards during all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all utility systems are always functional, including AC, electricity, water, ventilation, pumps, lighting, TV, telephone, minibar, water heater, bathtub, jacuzzi, and private pool.
• Conduct routine checks and light maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipment in public areas, ensuring all facilities (lights, AC, lifts, escalators, sound system, restrooms, etc.) operate optimally.
• Be observant and proactive in identifying potential damages or malfunctions before they impact guest comfort.
• Handle reports of damages, complaints, or repair requests promptly and accurately, coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with guests and collaborate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure smooth public area operations.
