The role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team and help deliver world-class treatments in our new spa. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a tranquil environment, is skilled in a variety of treatments, and is enthusiastic about wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury or boutique spa.
• Skilled in various treatments, such as massages, facials, and body therapies.
• Knowledge of holistic wellness practices like sound baths, yoga, or breathwork (nice to have).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
• Ensure a relaxing and exceptional experience for all guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the spa area and treatment rooms.
• Recommend personalized treatments and products to guests.
• Collaborate with the spa team to create a welcoming and calming environment.

Requirements

• Female.
• Minimum 5 years of professional spa industry experience.
• Proven leadership and comprehensive operational team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Able to work flexible hours for a dynamic spa operation.
• Able to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Spa Management Software (SMS) and computer skills.
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
• Experience with inventory, staff scheduling, and revenue management (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of spa treatments and industry trends is an advantage.

Requirements

• Female.
• Flexible to work in any shift (7 hours per day).
• Good looking and good attitude.
• Experienced as a therapist (preferably can do nails, eyelash & waxing).
• Able to work as a team.
• Speak English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Spa or Wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or spa trainer position.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and service standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Able to train and coach Spa Therapists.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
