Key responsibilities

• Maintains records of guest arrivals and departures.
• Informs other relevant departments on guest arrivals, room changes, check-outs and special arrangements.
• Ensure all guests settle their accounts by the proper form of payment before leaving the hotel.
• Record in the logbook any unusual happenings and important matters that requires follow-up.
• To handle cash received from hotel guests who are paying their hotel bills.
